TIPS To Effectively Cleanse Your Skin… PART 2

Welcome back to today’s issue and second and final part of how to effectively cleanse your skin.

Start reading below after the line
----------------------

Use only soap that is mild. Please avoid those harsh cleansers that are made of strong chemicals. This stuff can melt your skin’s natural proteins and oils, thus doing more harm than good. Every recommended cleansing product you use must be as chemical free as possible.

Also don’t apply deodorant soaps on your face and surrounding regions. Why? Because they’re made of hard chemicals and will also leave detergent films behind. In fact, this protective layer will end up leaving your skin with irritation and clog your pores.

Use lukewarm water. Avoid hot or cold water instead make the water used on your face should always be lukewarm. Too hot and you will dehydrate your skin and making it more prone to damage. You may also scald or even burn your skin. Too cold, the water will dry your skin.

Toning is also good. Toning helps keep the skin clear and firm and this is okay. However, the best toning are those containing alpha hydroxy acids and glycolic. So you must completely avoid those that are made with alcohol, and also those that are marked as photosensitive.

You must be gentle. Most people think they ought to scrub their skin raw - but this is one of the things to avoid. Instead, observe carefulness not to damage or tear your skin. Exfoliation is good because it’ll help remove dead skin cells, but be careful so that you won’t end up hurting yourself in the process.

Skin Moisturizing is appropriate. By default, moisturizers work to prevent the loss of water. They work in 2 ways: a) To draw moisture to the outer layer of your skin, or b) Coat the skin's surface with a film of substance, thus sealing moisture into the skin. The best substances for an intensive moisture treatment are pure vitamin E, or Aloe Vera oil.

The oil is available in liquid form. Do you have sensitive skin type? Then consider breaking open a capsule and applying its oil directly on your skin. And it’s also a good treatment for sensitive skin under your eyes. You know this part of your face is easily one of the first to yield to sign of aging.

The simple this happens is because it doesn’t secrete any of the oils that help to stay agile and firm. Please don’t just read this research piece and go away. Start to take good care of your skin. Nobody else will do that for you.
